At Split Personality Consignment, one of our goals is to help you sell your consigned items so you can have a little extra spending cash in your pocket. Of course, we also like to do what we can to give back to the community.
That’s why, if your item(s) does not sell after 90 days, and you choose to donate it to the store rather than pick it up, we then donate the item(s) to Professional Outfitters and Variety Shoppe in New Brighton (1035 Third Avenue), which provides clothing, household items, and other daily living essentials to needy individuals in Beaver County.
As one of the many programs of the Franklin Center of Beaver County, Inc., Professional Outfitters takes donations of gently used clothing and households goods and then makes them available to people who are going through difficult transitions, such as unemployment, underemployment, or other crises.
Some of the Franklin Center’s important community programs include Beaver County Homeless Assistance, Beaver County Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), Dollar Energy, and the Aliquippa Council of Men and Fathers / Fatherhood Initiative, as well as various after-school and summer education programs for youth.
Since they are totally reliant on donations to do their good work, Split Personality is happy to partner with the Franklin Center and Professional Outfitters in order to support the many valuable programs and services they provide to the community.
